Sonicgame.info Gone but......

I know that sonicgame was a great and treasured site until you know who came and got sonicgamez in trouble. But.... now sega finally responded to her and said that she has to give sega the domain name Sonicgame.info but then they said that she can make a new site but without the words Sega or Sonic but i still dont know if she is allowed to put sega's property (sonic games and more things they created) on her new site
