Breakfast

This has been repeated over and over--> breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But from my experience, I'd rather skip breakfast than lunch. Missing lunch or even lunch late gives me headache. Not a good experience.

to spent the whole day in a good manner and good breakfast also improves
our health.

I dont ever skip breakfast because i know that skipping breakfast major cause of diabaties in early age
